How to health up an already healthy recipe!

So I did a full, much needed, grocery shop today and for whatever reason I really, really, really wanted beef stroganoff (#pregnancycravings). However, I don’t eat beef so I knew that needed to be addressed. So, I started looking for a recipe from my favorite, online chef The Defined Dish and found one!

This chef already makes recipes that are whole30, paleo, and/or keto-friendly and I have to say they are all super delicious. A couple edits I made to make it even more “curve” appealing was by substituting the sour cream with Greek yogurt, the beef with organic ground turkey, and the beef broth with a low sodium chicken stock (much lower in calories). I also used regular Fusili pasta instead of the egg noodles, but only because Trader Joe’s didn’t have any egg noodles, which was very disappointing as I absolutely love egg noodles. However, the end result was outstanding and there isn’t a scrap of food left!!
