Happy New Year ladies! So I went to the gym today and did my typical cardio workout and weights. My cardio workout has been a 3 mile run, with 2-3 2-minute walk breaks in between. I also go to spin once a week. Sadly I have an internal back problem that gets worse when I run, especially on a treadmill. So I’m looking for effective cardio workouts, especially for moms to be. Any ideas or suggestions?
On another exciting note, we did our gender reveal today! We ordered a baseball filled with the colored powder. I pitched it to my husband and it exploded with the color….which I will announce in my next post, along with the video! We can’t wait to share the news with you all!
As for today’s diet, I had a fried chicken sandwich, no bread and a side salad. We went out to eat after the reveal with our videographer/photographer who coincidentally is also my beloved first cousin and very close friend. Sadly when I got home I ate not 1, nor 2, but 3 chocolate cookies. This is due to the fact that I worked out and skipped breakfast. I’ll discuss the eating issue in a future post as it wasn’t accident. All in all, I am in desperate need of a new cardio workout, so if you have any you can share leave a comment!!
