When are you overdoing it?

So today I did an hour of yoga along with my regular 3 mile run. Ever since I have gotten preggars I have reduced my workouts to an hour of either cardio and weights, spinning, or yoga. Today was the first time where I extended it to over an hour and a half (had to work off that turkey stroganoff from my last post). When it ended I felt great, full of energy. Got home, showered and then the exhaustion hit. I still haven’t snapped out of it. It happened yesterday as well, so much so that I had a splitting headache and had to take a Tylenol. So, calling on all women, either pregnant or not, any ideas on post workout tips so I don’t crash?!

With that being the case, I thought making myself some healthy, potentially energy boosting, oatmeal chocolate chip cookies would help. They had coconut flour instead of white flour, banana instead of sugar, peanut butter instead of butter, and pumpkin seeds instead of walnuts. They came out ok (didn’t use enough peanut butter) and were only 90 calories a cookie.

As delicious as they were, i’m still tired…
