A Healthy Mom to Be!

Hello there moms to be, current moms, or women just looking for some health tips! This blog is to bring a community of women together where they can share their ideas, tips, tricks, jokes, laughs, tears, and any other facets of being a woman who is working to live a healthy and happy life (while also getting everything else done in our busy lives).

I am currently 14 weeks pregnant, to the day, and am realizing that I am not living the healthy lifestyle I thought I would when beginning this journey. I am hoping that women all over this beautiful globe will chime in and provide input on how to be successful on being healthy, pregnant or not pregnant.

I always considered myself a fairly healthy person. Aiming to get in as any veggies and protein as possible while hitting the gym 3-4 times per week. But working full time, attending grad school, and oh yeah, being pregnant have all made my regular lifestyle, well not as nutritious or athletic as I imagined. I am hoping that you wonderful women out there can not just help me, but help other women going through the same struggles.

Along with discussing health tips, recipes, workouts, supplements etc… I would also like to include beauty tips/tricks since, as many of you already know, being pregnant has it’s ‘feeling hideous’ days to go with it.

So that’s the gist of this new blog. I hope you all enjoy reading and learn something (or many things) new! That’s all for now! Looking forward to writing my first post shortly!
